By creating an account or using Sponsor Me you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the service.

Your account

You must be 13+ to create an account; under 18 requires a parent/guardian.
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Sponsorships and payments

Sponsorships are voluntary contributions to athletes — not investments and not tax-deductible unless stated.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; their terms also apply.
Platform fees, if any, are shown before you confirm a sponsorship.
Refunds are handled case-by-case in line with the refund policy shown at checkout.

Athlete conduct

Only publish content and photos you have the right to share.
Use funds toward the goal you described; misuse may result in refunds and account removal.
Post updates in good faith.

Acceptable use and community standards

No fraud, harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors, or any illegal activity.
No spam, scraping, or attempts to reverse engineer the service.
No content that infringes anyone else's rights.

Sponsor Me has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Every user can report content or block another user from the profile, message thread, or product-offer screen. We aim to review every report within 24 hours and will remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these standards.

User content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant Sponsor Me a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor Me is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
